National League

 

 

The National League members are aged 60+ also, but some are in their 80's and even a few 90's! (Some players working to get back in game shape start in the National League and move on to the American League when ready.)  They play twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00am.  Teams are redrawn each Monday. The game is played with modified rules to include no infield fly rule, no one has to sit out, everyone plays, no running rule, , etc.  Many times we play with three teams when only 30-36 people show up.  One team hits, one fields and one sits… and then we rotate.

 

While play may be a little more casual it is no less competitive!!!!
